Who We Are

In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.

With the programs and positive influences we provide, the Boys and Girls Club is leading the way in youth development in Hopkinsville. Power Hour helps Club members be more successful in school by providing homework help and tutoring. SMART Moves helps young people resist alcohol, tobacco and other drug use. Meet & Greet connects our members with local professionals. Bud Hudson teaches the fundamentals of football, while instilling leadership and character in our young men. The Boys and Girls Club believes in the idea that within every child there is the potential for greatness.

The Boys & Girls Club is a safe place to learn and grow -- all while having fun.

The Boys & Girls Club is more than a place, it is a "movement" to inspire. By reaching children at an early age and providing positive activities and encouragement, our Clubs provide a compelling alternative to youth crime, gang membership and other negative influences that effect our youth today.
